Kali Meliski - 200hr YTT, AFAA GFI, NASM CPT
Kali's background includes 1:1 personal training, teaching yoga, HIIT, barre, boxing, and functional strength & mobility classes. She loves helping people find ease in their movement while pushing them to access strength they never thought they had the potential for. Her approach encourages people to meet their body where it is, create a plan, and follow a safe & effective pathway to achieve their goals. She combines elements of strength training, mobility training and cardio to improve endurance, heart health & overall quality of life.
